Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on 21 September the 21st of September 1983 in Worthington Ohio, USA is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills and Kim Mills on ABC's Lost TV show. Originally from Worthington Ohio, she quit high school in order to relocate to Los Angeles with her mother when her parents separated. In 2001, despite her difficulties with money, she was able to land her first major role in the online video series Rachel's Room as the main character. Her portrayal as Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the TV movie Murder in Greenwich in 2002 earned her a nomination for a Young Artist Award. In 2004, Grace was cast as Shannon Rutherford in the television series Lost where she acted as a principal actor for the first two seasons. She was also awarded an Screen Actors Guild Award shared with the ensemble cast. Grace was dropped from the series in the year 2005, to take on the role of a greater part in film, appearing alongside Tom Welling as Kim Mills in the film Taken. Grace reprised her role as Shannon in Lost, including the finale. Grace was a part of the show's sixth season which ran from 2013 to 2014.
